Shipping service and times

DOMESTIC

For all UK orders, shipping is sent 2nd class through Royal Mail, whilst it is likely to arrive within 3-5 working days(from dispatch), please allow up to 14 working days(from dispatch) before contacting me.

Orders are dispatched within 3 working days,

INTERNATIONAL

For all non UK orders, shipping is sent through Royal Mail. You will have the option at check out to select from standard international shipping, or for some countries, international tracked shipping.
whilst it is likely to arrive within 2-4 weeks (after dispatch), please allow up to 8 weeks (after dispatch) before contacting me. This is due to the Covid pandemic, which in some cases can delay orders.

My country is not listed, can I still order?

My website is still relatively new, so there are some countries I have not yet added to the website. There is a good chance if you contact me first, I may be able to add your country to the list. This will also depend on Royal Mails list of restricted countries, this is currently more restricted than usual due to Covid.

Is my parcel tracked?

For some countries, I have added the option to have your parcel more. I do NOT send the parcel tracked if you do not select this option.
This is only available for some countries, however if your country is not listed, I may be able to add this to the list, if you contact me first.

Can you use a different courier, fed ex, UPS..etc?

Currently all the options on my website are through Royal Mail. I can also send through various other couriers if this is an issue, however the prices are much more expensive.
For example, sending a pin through Royal Mail internationally may cost less than £5, where as sending through FEDEX is closer to £30, hence why I do not list this as standard on my website.

Customs, taxes and Fees

Some countries may have to pay taxes, or other customs fees on arrival of their order. This varies by country and order value. This is out of my control and is not charged by me, nor is it my responsibility.
It is your own responsibility to check if your country has any taxes or other fees you will have to pay.

One Note worthy example: A lot of EU countries are getting charged handling fees by couriers. I have heard variations of this being on orders over the value of 22 EUROS and incurring a large fee. Please use this as a warning and do your own research before ordering.
